The house is fully furnished (utilized as AirBnB in summer). It is situated on a corner lot of a nice residential neighborhood. You can walk to Brattle Brook Park in 5 mins, which has beautiful open space walking trails. Grocery stores and restaurants are a short drive away. The Colonial Theater and Berkshire Museum are only 3 miles away in downtown Pittsfield. You can bike the Ashiwillticook rail trail from the southern end located 5 miles to the north. All living spaces are located on a single level. The 2 larger bedrooms are at the opposite end from the kitchen and living room. The third smaller bedroom is located in between. This can be used as an office instead. The washer and drier are in the basement. The bathroom is spacious and modern, and was recently renovated. The tub/shower is large and has beautiful smoked glass doors and plenty of shelves. The vanity has plenty of room to keep your toiletries. If you choose to cook, the eat-in kitchen has all modern appliances and is well-stocked with cookware, utensils, spices, etc. The gas stove is easy to operate. You may also use the gas grill, which is located just outside the kitchen door on a small wooden deck. Many new improvements have been made in the kitchen, including new flooring, new cabinet faces, and new dishwasher. The living room has a comfortable couch, 2 nice recliners. and a large coffee table. There is an old stereo that works great if you want to just relax and listen to music. Or watch the 42" T.V. that's hanging on the wall. It has a Roku device to stream your favorite channels. Enjoy coffee from the private deck located at one end of the house and reached from the kitchen door via an elevated wooden walkway that runs along the rear of the house. The deck is very private. In the summer, there are tons of birds that frequent the yard. We also have lots of wild rabbits, squirrels, and an occasional woodchuck. The yard is mostly fenced in but not entirely. The house was recently renovated and includes many new appliances, new flooring, many newly painted rooms, and new living room furniture.
