Experience in housing, mediation, mental health and substance abuse counseling, and computers preferred.

Assessment & Housing Stabilization Case Manager for Homelessness Prevention Program Full-time with benefits, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in one of the social sciences or related field and at least two years of relevant work experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training, which provides the required knowledge, skills and training.
Candidate must possess excellent computer and communication skills, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a diverse population, and have knowledge of community resources, housing programs, and benefit opportunities.
