We now have the following openings available at our Bennington, Vermont facility:
MANUFACTURING ENGINEER To bring product from concept through design and prototype into mass production.
Provide the most accurate manufacturing quotes; promote the most cost effective and manufacturable designs; and design processes and purchase equipment to ensure product is manufactured in the most capable, safe (ergonomic) fashion.
Pursue continuous improvement initiatives (process and procedural).
Act as technical resource to others.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 6-8 years position related experience.
APPRENTICE MAINTENANCE MECHANIC 2nd & 3rd Shift The Program is a four year curriculum consisting of rotational maintenance assignments and classroom training.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years manufacturing experience.
Expected to attend courses outside of work related to position, courses could be through vocational, math or technical courses.
Must have scheduling flexibility.
Position will be scheduled for a Wednesday - Sunday work week.
QUALITY TEAM TECHNICIAN - 3RD SHIFT $12.

40 /2nd $.
70/3rd) Annual increases for 3 years Inspection and testing of components & finished assembles.
Support of manufacturing concerning quality issues and nonconforming parts or problems with final inspection.
Test and inspect at various stages of production and perform material testing for weld integrity.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years manufacturing experience.
Must have basic understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing blue print reading, basic math skills, familiarity with measuring instruments, good written and verbal communications skills, computer skills and be flexible to change.
Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and ability to make rational decisions.
TEAM TECHNICIANS - 2nd & 3rd SHIFT $12.

70/3rd) Annual increases for 3 years- top of wage scale $14.
25 Works on a manufacturing line as a member of a group assembling specific parts and passing unit to another Team Member.
Places parts in specific relationship to each other and fastens parts together.
Installs moving parts such as shafts, levers or bearings and works them to test for free movement.
Performs setup and/or restart of equipment.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to follow written/verbal instruction and communicate in a group setting.
Must have ability to perform basic math and problem solving techniques.
