COMMERCIAL LOAN Officer BRATTLEBORO SAVINGS & Loan, a $180MM mutually owned community bank, is conducting a search for a Commercial Loan Officer.
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Loan Officer the successful candidate would be a key member of the Commercial Banking Team responsible for the development, underwriting and management of a segment of the bank's portfolio of new and existing C&I and Commercial Real Estate Loans.
The incumbent would manage loan growth and handle the relationships within their assigned portfolio and market credit and non-credit products to commercial customers and prospects.
The individual would be responsible for assuring the credit quality and appropriate controls for their assigned portfolio while assisting in the profitable growth of all of the bank's products and services by enhancing existing relationships and calling on prospective customers.
They would be responsible for working with customers and other bank staff to respond to customer questions and ensure their satisfaction.
They would contribute to open communications and a positive, ethical and respectful work environment.
The successful candidate will have significant prior experience in both C&I and CRE lending, a successful record of developing and managing commercial loan portfolios, strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all staff and customers and will be a team player.
The individual will be able to balance a strong customer orientation while working within bank policy and regulatory requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
