This individual is responsible for updating, implementing and managing all Human Resource functions, including, but not limited to, policy implementation, record keeping, recruitment, oversee safety committee, performance appraisals, worker's compensation claims, & benefits administration.
Job Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of human resource practices Extensive knowledge of employment law, labor statutes & regulations Management experience within the field of Human Resources 5 years Human Resource Generalist experience Project Management Experience working with a diverse workforce Training experience in HR related topics PHR/SPHR Certification Lenco Industries, Inc.
