Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative An established publishing and fund-raising organization has a full-time opening for a Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities to include answering and processing calls coming in on our (800) phone lines, some data entry, and proofreading support.
Ideal candidate would have pleasant and professional phone manners, basic computer skills, and have the ability to read, speak, and write in the Spanish and English languages.
