STAFF DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR The Mount Carmel Care Center seeks an experienced nurse professional to serve as Staff Development Coordinator.
Candidate should have prior experience as a supervisor/manager in long term care.
Expertise in DPH regulation, a willingness to lead a CNA training program, along with excellent communication skills are required.
Must be an RN.
As an exempt member of the leadership team the successful candidate will work full time providing flexibility in meeting all the educational needs of the facility.
